The Brief

DSA Group offer mobile and garage services to the motor industry and general public, throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding regions. Due to their expertise and reputation for honesty, they have a loyal customer base who come back to them again and again.

DSA required an attractive new website that would reach potential new customers and encourage them to bring their business to DSA. The site needed to be user friendly for customers, as well as being easy to update for site admin.

Solution

We worked closely with DSA to profile their target audience, as well as understand all the services they offer. Ensuring that the website was easy to use was essential, and so we carefully mapped out the user journey, identifying and highlighting the desired calls to action, and determining where they should appear on the website for maximum impact.

The entire website is focused on good customer service, as well as offering lots of relevant information that customers can explore for themselves, or, if they prefer, get in touch with DSA to ask any questions they may have. The journey is made as easy as possible for the customer, removing the usual barriers to booking vehicle servicing and other requirements online.

Online Booking System

A key feature of the new website is the customisable online booking system. This allows customers to select the service most appropriate for them, based on their engine size. Once selected, it guides users to the next relevant section, all the time giving them the option to get in touch with DSA if they have any questions. Just as importantly, if the customer isn't sure of the engine size, there is a check box for that, and then DSA will locate this information for the customer, based on the other information the customer provides.
