We created a login area for students to compare properties, add properties to a wishlist, receive new property alerts, and enter competitions. A separate login was created for landlords to add and edit properties easily and engage with their target audience of accommodation-seeking students.
The CMS is simple to use and update when needed. As it is built bespoke, it gives the admin complete control over what content is updated and when.
The student guide is one aspect of the website that proves to be incredibly popular with the target audience. In this guide, students can get tips on choosing a property, choosing a location, and budgeting for accommodation. Within the student guide, there is also a jargon buster to ensure that students understand the words used within the property world to help make finding accommodation easier.
